I've read a lot of stories with side couples, but they mostly appear after the main couple is official. I think I kinda lost my excitement with this cause it's like a huge cliffhanger, I don't even remember what happened to the main couple. I'm just thankful that I can read this for free and it still updates, probably won't read for a few weeks tho.

There are very few people actually into this type of relationship in real life but yes it does exist. I saw this on the newspaper years ago about a guy and his lover voluntarily getting eaten by his lover. The guy enticed his cannabalistic lover to cut off his private parts and eat it and then eat him and this shows near parallels to this manga, except Bran didn’t want to get eaten and wasn’t consented. He reacted as any normal person would in his situation: scared for his life and on the run from a violent and abusive relationship. Personally not into this type of thing because it’s gruesome. In real life I’d feel disturbed if this happened to someone. There is a difference between reality and fantasy yet still I fins this manga a special type of disturbing.
