The child has daddy issues doesn't call him dad but "mama" he has a very messy relationship issues including abandment issues. The wolf guy is the only person who gave him genuine love & affection that is why we're still seeing him reject the advances of the puppy. If you observe him closer in every chapter he's disgusted & feels weird just like us whenever that kid makes a move. He's rational because he's the only normal person. That kid is mentally fucked up. Just change your perspective, this story is unique & different so we as readers self inserting social rules to a creative storyline is stupid. If you think about it they don't have any blood ties but a huge age gap. Of course it's the creator who controls the story but it's also fun. Turning this into a father son story or a future romance both are good storyline. That kid is obsessed with the wolf dude to the point he doesn't mind if he becomes his romantic partner

The plot is just progressing and since it's based on a video game different scenarios keep coming up. But give this one a chance. I'm very picky when it comes to reading action this one's good
