There's actually this one really good omega verse manga I read, which is called "Kiraide Isasete" and the omega has a tragic backstory but the actual couple is wholesome and the alpha never forced himself on the omega.However, other than that specific manga most omegaverse stories aren't very pleasing to read through.
I actually enjoyed it,even though it was very dramatic and unrealistic, the whole plot was interesting and the characters were cute
I recommend you to read Kiraide Isasete,it has a good amount of fluff and smut but it is quite a sad story
