no in my opinion these are really rare and even if you do find one it's a question of quality... this feels like it's got... idk levels to it... but most/the few I've read where the seme has a "black belly" as you called it... are just really baseless and tiring to read... there's this one manga it was really popular here for a while can't remember the name and I did not save it because it was quite honestly terrifying but it's the mold... killing stalking kinda did it but... hm not really... so... what I'm saying is if you find any good ones. tell me immediately.
