The plot is all over. Then it became too dragging. I mean decide if this was gonna be politcal romance or political violent drama. I was gesitant to read this at first because the first chapters were meh but I decided to give it a chance. I should've trusted my instict. Wasted my time on this. Good graphics though.

There's a big difference between a slow burn story than a dragging one. This is just too dragging. The author made the MC so stupid and dense so the story will drag on. Not to mention the fact that the ML can't seem to decide if he was gonna be aggressive or not. There were so many perfect moments where their relationship could have leveled up. I mean who goes home while on a business trip jeopardizing his job for someone who you don't have feelings for? Like wth? The MC is that stupid? Really? I loved the art and the story really but now I feel like I had just wasted hours when I could have just slept just to see these characters go back and forth with no improvement for 41 chapters. Good thing I skipped to read the comments because it was getting annoying

Bro this is literally a story about the casino business, prostitution, human trafficking. This isn’t some fluffy story where they’re head over heels and totally crazy about each other. It’d be more unrealistic if they didn’t use drugs, besides it’s not like they have feelings for each other at this point in the story. People use drugs to enhance sex in real life all the time.
Everyone here just looking at the Alpha but what about when he was in rut? The omega ran away WITH HIS CHILD. The Alpha mated without his consent! His child was taken from. He probably felt tortured that he just lost 5 years time away frim his child. If he knew and abandoned the child, I would probably not blame the uke for hiding but my gd u stole 5 years away from the father and son. And everybody here thinks the omega gets a pass for that! Same. I had a "heated discussion" with someone over this. If this is not a pattern with him just taking whatever was his forcefully then this just feels out of the blue. YeJun had said that he still has that habit of doing whatever he pleases. So if this is whatever he pleases then it's toxic. But as a one-off it doesn't make sense. And the argument was that rape is not ok. But I'm not condoning the rape, I wanted to see how it was done and if the omega felt forced or if he just doesn't want to open his heart up to the alpha. I'm stumped by a lot of things. The argument I had was that all of this took place so the alpha isn't trash. But the presenter said he's trash because he came and raped and confined the uke. So let's say in the regular sense of the word it is trash, but in the sense that he mated and bound the alpha it's a whole different ball game. Ofc this is dicey and debatable. In this case one can clearly tell the alpha is using his force to submit the omega so yes he's toxic and it's illegal. But I'm sure he felt hurt that he had been bonded and that the person he liked ran away, although, I'm conflicted about that because indeed he had broken up w/ YeJun....
Too many times I gasped, I teared up, got angry, sad, confused, aghast. Tbh I just gave up on both of them. One is a sinner, the other was a selfish abuser. Like fuck I just said ok just die a miserable death both of you. You both deserve each other and then... Bam! They went back to the past and my god this got me good. I expected a back to the past plot but most of the story will only have a few chapters then they go back but this one almost had a whole ass season. I really honestly do not know how I survived reading those traumatizing chapters. I hate to say this but as much as I hate all the violence and abuse and all the turmoil of the past, now that there's a chance to erase all of that in this new lifetime, I feel a glimmer of hope that this is gonna be a good story. Oh my god! I want to read the novel at this point ╥﹏╥
