Idk but I feel like they don't see or know what is happening outside of the body if they're not present or if they're not the one that is currently using the body... It's more like they switch to daughter to father and using the same body but they have separate memory... So if the father is out then thd the daughter is more of like sleeping inside the body plus they figure out the trigger for them to switch
