I'm giving it ANOTHER benefit of the doubt lol, that Byul only knows the story to an extent but not fully. He's still a teenager, he can be dumb and emotional just like we were. It'll be a much bigger problem if his mindset doesn't change AFTER Hyesung sits his ass down and tell him what his grandmother really did to him.
I'm not against forgiveness, no, but they've already established that Hyesung would rather cut his mother off because the hurt ran deep and that's OKAY. You don't always have to forgive people, just quietly remove them from your life. It just doesn't make sense for the author to make Hyesung to forgive his mother now because what, his teenage son threw a tantrum? Oh my days.
I'm so disappointed at Byul actually knew. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking that he didn't know, that's why he's okay with the grandmother. I never thought he'd be okay with talking to her because I saw that Byul loves Hyesung so much.
I'm more disappointed/angry at Dojin because Hyesung's right, he does know better. He's the adult, he's his partner, and yet he finds out about his betrayal in the worst way possible. If I see any apology in the future chapter, it better not be from Hyesung.
If the author ever uses this as a way to reconcile him with his deadbeat mother it's actually over for me. My heart breaks for Hyesung
Sigh, why is it that when someone is supposed to be portrayed as "ugly", they're drawn with down-turned eyes? It's sexy as hell. Anyway just ignore this
I don’t think Seokjun is ACTUALLY ugly, I think we see him through Yechan’s lens. It’s been implied a couple times (and now outright stated in the character profile at the end of the last episode) that he’s actually quite looking. I think if we get a “real face reveal”/“Yechan filter removal” it’ll be really funny actually.
From an outsider's POV, I'd definitely feel bad for Seoyoon since Hyun did confess first and then ghosted him. However, as a reader, we see Seoyoon's motives and his thoughts during all of the events. He never felt anything genuine for Hyun and always wanted to one-up him in everything for some reason. It's all about "winning" for him.
Seoyoon has always been full of himself since highschool and was envious that Hyun was getting attention, so it felt like a victory that Hyun liked him and he wanted to take advantage of that.
So why should I feel bad that Hyun is dumping Seoyoon's ass again when he already had bad motives for getting together with him for the 2nd time? What I want is for him to get humbled and accept that he's developing feelings for Hyun, that's it

Chase's background is still pretty ominous and there's a lot to cover. Though, it's pretty clear that his developing trust in Josh is causing him to finally let out that childish side that his family tried to suppress within him since he was a child.
Tbh, even without that mark, who wouldn't fall for someone like Josh? Hello?! He's perfect.
