People would be more concerned if they were blood related, since they aren’t it’s not exactly as immoral especially considering the mother herself had no relationship with her child. The child when everything started out was technically a stranger to everyone aside from the fact the mom gave birth to him- but I wouldn’t say that she is his “mom”
