I'm not sure I'd call this cheating. The uke came there for a medical examination and treated the situation as such. All the flashback with the doctor shows, is that the DOCTOR was taking advantage of the uke/medical examination, but the uke still believed and was right to believe that everything was part of the legit examination. He did nothing wrong. I've actually read about real life guys who have had rectal examinations and felt good and embarassed about it, so I can't fault the uke for having a normal reaction. The prostate IS in the ass after all.
