It's more then Complex posttraumatic stress disorder, that's what he had after the ear, but after the shock therapy and whatever else the doctor did to him, the reality became twisted, what is that? What happened to him ob top of cptsd?

And a year let's say later the Mc wake up and find a way to live freely.

1. The reason he did that to Orlando is not clear, and that ruins the whole thing for me, no explanation why he cout his eye and why he wanted to destroy him mentally, spiritual and physically.
2. The things Orlando went through after, it's implied but not clear.
3. The fact that the man that destroyed him but probably the only one he wanted to live withwont be able to satisfy him after he got used to it because of him (he was probably the one that coused the "name" that Orlando had to bear and probably constantly abused fir).
4.the fact that he was a man of faith, this destroyed him worst then a regular man would suffer from that.
And most if all the whole plot is so full of holes.
I liked other works of this mangaka but the story was explained and even if the ending was open, it didn't feel unsatisfied.
