Absolute cinema…. I’ve read the 92 chapters in one go, on a whim, not knowing much about the story except for “corrupt cop and ex convict”, and I honestly feel like I’ve been watching a captivating tv show. I already miss them. The storytelling is amazing. Mokwa’s character and his emotions are translated so well, and ml’s evolution is so…. interesting… I literally can’t get over how unnecessary the sa scenes were. Even looking back knowing all of the lore and with it being a gateway to explain Mokwah’s relationship with pain, past physical assaults and stuff, it legit could’ve been anything else idk ml beats mc up and voila or something…
I JUST READ EVERYTHING IN ONE SITTING WHATTTTT literally didn’t feel the need to sleep and strangely couldn’t put my phone down I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece but it was a gooood read

I love Dajeong’s character, and also the fact that the mental breakdown that comes from the abuse is not just mentioned but rather detailed. The boss really shattered his mind

I don’t think that ppl should go into reading this story expecting a good and healthy relationship to develop… like at this point, there’s no point in us talking about how nonsensical their behaviors are, or how weak mc is… cus that’s like the whole thing, a crazy bastard and the ultimate victim get together and we’re here to watch their dysfunctional, toxic, and traumatizing relationship happen… I just wish Inseob could stop suffering,,, poor baby has been through so much
The mls facial expressions seem to be lacking a bit of passion like I know it’s part of the character but stillllllllllll
I haven’t read this in a bit and it never fails to make my eyes wet a little bit… it’s legit amazing, also the elephaba reference almost made me lose it Like this story is funny, cute, deep and fluffy at the same time. idk just a hard 10000/10
