It was difficult to understand but what I could gather was..
1. Empress invited Vienna with the name of lady orsia but Vienna is not a member of the family so its insulting to kaira to call her that when clearly she had introduced Vienna as Trahan at the coming of age ceremony.
2. Vienna wanted to use kaira's writing skill to impress the empress but kaira got out of it by making her write it on her own. But Vienna sneakily put Orsia seal on the wax to try and get the Orsia name I think... make it official even tho kaira refused to acknowledge her.
3. I don't know the bluff part was maybe it was more like a trick she played with orsia family seal on the wax . and I think kaira replaced it before giving it to empress's lady in waiting.
Last part was the most confusing in felt like either pages were missing or panels were out of order. Idk.

Just realised the name on the letter was addressed to Lady Orsia which is kaira so she assumed it was for her but then the lady in waiting corrected her by saying it was for Vienna therefore cunningly insulting her.
Also ragan or whatever the 5th Prince's name is it keeps changing... Has the same handwriting as the empress so she has assumed for now that they're plotting something against her together.
