They didn't put it like that but on the day Yoonshin went on his blind date and they met afterwards, Yoonshin almost cried when Seheon pushed him away physically. Seheon later conforted him and when Yoonshin asked if he is going to push him again, Seheon said no. Yoonshin after that episode was confused himself if they were in a relationship, and asked Seheon as such Seheon neither refused nor agreed. And then they started this bet of who will fall first or confess first. But mind you they still went on "dates" and kissed.
You can say they got into a relationship soon after season 2 began.
