I cant remember their frickin names! y’all why is it so hard to memorize! they kept of saying names and sects and I had to guess which is which especially the side characters! who is the headless corpse? is it the older brother of “I dont know” that died due to his own mana?

The corpse is the older brother of the guy with the fan. And yea I'm pretty sure he had died from his mana or at least the was the "offical" cause of death. There's a lot more coming up about that.
it doesnt help that almost every character has like 3 names ppl call them. i mean dang it's no surprise you can't remember characters names when they get called 3 different names by dozens of other characters who also have 3 different names!!!

I love the main lead and his antics but the older sister is really annoying and she stresses me out. She appears too much and interferes too much in his life. tbh I wish she would just disappear.
What is even the purpose of shadow worlds? are they parallel worlds that you can correct?
My theory: I would presume it's something like history textbooks? Except that since history textbook may not be as reliable as the information can be lost/ altered as time past by. The Shadow world are parallel worlds that showed what happened in the past (The truth). The ability to correct it or make it worse would depend on the person who receive the task. Whatever results they received would not be reflected in the actual real world. Except in the case of Desir's initial timeline where the shadow world merged with the actual real world which resulted in destruction. So i would presume the main usage of shadow world is to provide experience for the people to learn from their mistakes and discover hidden/lost information?
It explained it a little in the beginning. Shadow worlds are past events, or history, that went really wrong. The goal of going into these shadow worlds is to right that wrong or else the shadows will take over the world they live in. So yes, it’s like a parallel world that is reliving itself and in order to make it disappear, you have to achieve the tasks to make sure that history doesn’t repeat itself or else the world as they know it will get engulfed by shadows like the holy empire did because they never defeated the class 1 shadow world.
