I think that their first life (*historical arc) and their first reincarnation (*second lives) they will all end in a sad way / they all ended in a sad way That's why they were given a third chance and opportunity to meet again. And I am glad that their third life (*present lives) they have reunited again and have their own family, finally a happy ending for the two of them with their babies / children

Based on what I understand, the second lead guy (Kouji) didn't really wanted to kill Miyo.
Because on one of the chapters when they're going to the Saimori Household, ML (Koudo) has a calm expression, so he was taken back by that, and start to have doubts about ML intentions. Like if the ML is truly worried about Miyo and such (although we know that the ML is truly worried and cared about FL well being, and enraged deep inside about at what happen to the FL.)
So he thought if the ML abandons Miyo, the surest way to bring peace for Miyo, although he didn't want to do that method, but because he thought to himself that he does not have enough power to save Miyo from those *evil people, is to kill Miyo and kill himself afterwards also Because he does want Miyo to experience much more suffering and loneliness

This one has a really interesting story, but my gut feeling is telling me that this one will not have a happy ending (I better be prepared hehehhe) but rather I hope that it will have a satisfying ending (*cross finger)
And although most of the times, I'm a sucker for a happy ending, But still I will read and follow this webtoon until it's completed. To see how the story will unfold and how will it end
