He went way too far with this one, naoto was completely justified in acting like that. I don't get why people are saying that naoto is manipulative and gaslighting when this happens because?? A marriage should have trust between both parties so obviously he'd assume that hazuki would trust him to be able to handle himself when someone is trying to get with him, right?
