I said I wonder how Shin would react if Jay said he looked fine as fuck. Who knew we would find out so soon?!!! Kyaaaaaa!
Now we know! It sent Shin right over!
You knew what Jay was on when he mentioned that car shop. You tryna see something too lol.
If Jay just straight ever told Jay he looks good as fuck. I wonder how Jay would take that lol.
I mean you see M the cow dad is packing down there. I mean is such a package truly meant not to plug a source?
Little A looks like he down to try anything as we can clearly see as long as he can participate lol
I think K would look to dominate ever once in a while to prove a point lol
Was Fluffy a dog first? Which is why he can't talk? They did say he was always on the farm. And from the flashback from Fluffy that looks like a dog being petted then him developong to a humanoid. That makes it a little different right? But it never said animals turned humanoid only humans turned more animal like with traits of such animal behavior.
But it also says they thought he was Mr A's son. So was he someone Mr. A hired and he got affected as well? Maybe?
Also G must have done something to Mr A. Because he said he was going to take Little A to Mr A in beginning but never mentioned it again,
I think Little A forget to ask about that being rightly distracted and a super freak lol
Plus G he wanted to hurt Little A for thinking he came to take over until he didnt see him as a threat. Then told Fluffy the only way Mr A is gonna come back is if he approved it.
Looks like G and Mr A actually think what to the guys is horrid and disturbing and for G specifically disgusting.
I wonder about the Pink Lamb guy. Is he Q? If not who is Q? He seems to know Little A from his face expressions. I could be completely wrong. He seems a little to older to be the lamb Little A was holding plus it isn't confirmed whether animals were affected only humans so I dont really know about that.
I honestly ran across this can't believe I got this far. But it the plot is so interesting and I have I have a lot of wthelly moments of what I am reading but the plot! I then got caught up! And I dont think I'm leaving lol
Let’s be real for a second. Everybody in that town helped build the system they’re now crying about.
Let’s not sit here and act like Guwon is the only one to blame. Yeah, he killed people who weren’t of use that was cold and brutal, and I’ll never excuse that. But who added on to the rules that allowed it to keep happening?
Doc literally said they came together and made those rules as a whole. The town did thatout of fear, out of survival, and out of guilt. They voted for that dad to die, and then turned around after the fact and told Teach, please save the kid since we couldn’t save the dad. We think you can make a difference.
Why the hell didn’t y’all speak up before? Now that kid’s dad is dead!
They laid the foundation and agreed to follow it. They helped shape those rules, voted for them, lived by them. They made four clear survival rules:
Don’t lock doors. Hold gatherings. Vote in unity. Don’t cross Guwon. And let’s not forget Guwon agreed to those first three rules, meaning y’all came to him about them, right? So y’all knew he a brutal man but wasn’t some mindless killer, and yall negotiated with him before.
But suddenly now it’s, “Oh, he’s too dangerous. Poor us.” He’s always been dangerous. But y’all fed that danger every day by choosing survival over justice.
So now, Guwon’s the only monster? Nah.
Y’all kept him that way because it was easier to survive with him than without him.
How many people have y'all voted to die for that very reason?!
And I’m not gonna fault y’all for that survival choice when getting recruited because honestly. I can’t say what I would’ve done in their place. Outside of bitterness would’ve been building in me too after losing someone I loved like that.
But at the end of the day, they all broke themselves to survive. They made the rules that oppressed them. You can’t build a prison and then cry when you realize you’re locked inside.
And now, when it’s finally safe enough to question it when Guwon has shown he’s open to change y’all suddenly act like you’re innocent? Like you didn’t help build the system he’s running?
What in the Serena in the Red Handmaids Tale is going on here?
It blows my mind. Y’all made rules Guwon agreed to, but it never clicked that maybe you could negotiate with him on other things too.
And let’s talk about Teach for a second, because he’s really pissed me off. He spent the whole season acting like he was above all this.
Talking about: Violence is wrong. Lying is wrong. Survival without kindness is meaningless. But now look at him wearing Guwon’s ring, faking smiles, and plotting to stab the one man who trusts him. Using love to lower his guard.
When he knows good and well he could’ve talked to him and found a middle ground.
Right now, there’s no difference between Teach and the people who built that broken system.
He’s justifying his betrayal the same way they justified following Guwon It’s for peace, our survival. It’s the only way in this broken system.
That’s exactly what the townspeople said when they followed Guwon in the first place. They all broke themselves to survive and abandoned justice. And now Teach is becoming no different.
He has a choice, fix the system honestly with Guwon by continuing to be upfront with him or
Break it with betrayal and lie to himself and everyone else, calling it “peace.”
And let’s not act like Guwon is stupid, because he’s not. He might be slow on the come up but he definitely learns. And I guarantee the Hounds ain’t gonna let this slide if they catch wind of anything before Guwon does. Guwon you might be able to talk down. The Hounds? Not so much.
A whole lot of people are going to die going up against Guwon and the Hounds and teach he’s playing a direct hand in it.
The premonition dream seems to foreshadowing the truth the whole situation.
I’m not here acting like I have blind devotion to Guwon.
But there are some things that just don’t sit right with me. From the start, I get why people were shocked and bitter over the deaths of their loved ones. That anger and grief will always be valid. But why stay there? Why stay stuck in it?
From what I understand, that door isn’t holding anybody in. It’s keeping things out.
So yall should leave them. It's Guwon’s City.
If you want revenge, you plan it. You don’t drag in people you can’t trust. And honestly, I wouldn’t trust Teach as far as I could throw him.
Me? I would’ve been gone. Because little things about Guwon and my feelings toward him would’ve triggered me. I would’ve taken what I learned before and after being in that city and used it to survive better on my own and planned my revenge with others trying to get in that city.
And if I stayed, I would’ve told Guwon exactly how I felt once I seen he could be confronted on his wrongdoing and rethink his decisions. If you’re bold enough to plot against him, you should be bold enough to face him first. Tell him why he’s wrong. He already showed through Teach that he’s open to hearing when he’s wrong and willing to change.
What’s wild is y’all are living in the safety and comfort Guwon built under his protection and plotting to kill him and take over. Like you really think that city’s gonna survive without him? What happens when Guwon dies? What about the Hounds? Even if you kill the Hounds too, who’s going to run that town better than Guwon and them did?
Some many more people are gonna die then before.
The execution of this plan is gonna be sloppy, and it’s going to destroy them all. Because let’s be honest outside that city is HELL 2.0. The Hounds face that hell every day so the people inside can live privileged and safe.
The outsiders named the Hounds out of fear, and that fear is the only reason they leave that city alone.
But once Guwon and the Hounds are gone? Guess what’s next all eyes, all plans, and every danger out there is coming for that city’s resources and walls.
Which y’all are not ready. You won’t have the manpower or supplies ready in time. And when the fallout from losing Guwon and the Hounds hits, you’re gonna be scrambling.
And even if you somehow had the resources, you couldn’t handle the kind of enemies that are coming your way once that fear is gone.
If it were me, I’d slowly work with Guwon to build change. Talk to him and face him. Start small with tier punishments for crimes. Jail, reduced food rations, Hound duty for a month, exile from the city after two strikes, or death in extreme cases like protecting someone from assault.
For the dad who stole the medicine? Simple.
I would’ve made him replace it. Doc literally did just that.
This isn’t going to end well for them. And Teach Be for real! You can’t even fight. You swung on Guwon twice with subconscious strength and the man didn’t even break a sweat.
Guwon said I didn't lie I wanted to help you with your memories. So if he didn't kill his father why does Jinwoo have such a memory. Is that really his father on the ground or is Jinwoo tripping?
Also if he did killed his father wtf he mean he didn't lie? Yes you did! And what are you lying about?!
I wasnt expecting Guwon to really be there I thought it was apart of his hallucination. But I ain't really tripping about that part.
What really happen? We still aint here Guwon's whole story. We just have Jinwoos side. We need to hear what Guwon had to say?
Why didn't we hear his side first. I think it's to keep us in the dark and confused and one sided.
Also Teach I truly understand is traumatized but what you mean you may have operated out of fear when it came to developing feelings you completely lying bro. So you hop on and gobble down a dick with glee out of fear? Bullshit. Now I'm not saying his feelings have to stay the same but you're steady make a way for you to dissociate from the truth.
Unless he's pull a doctor lim 2.0 still choosing safety regardless of losing your family to that man your mental is bad and you need some help. By facing the truth and whatever that is.
Unless I'm misunderstanding Jinwoo and his dad wasn't fighting off Guwon and his ppl. They would been dead dead. If going up against them and then in the beginning and it took his dad some time to get back to him with that water. Clearly indicating he didn't know he was followed.
Something ain't adding up! I'm not trying to delusional about Guwon his messed up too but something else is going on.
Also damnnn doctor Lim! That is so sad. It's gonna be so terrible that he died because Jinwoo lied about Guwon killing his father.
Unless Jinwoo is telling the truth. At this point I don't know what to believe.
Also it seems doc was a ticking time bomb anyways Guwon really tortured that man unknowingly. So unfortunate what a terrible play of cards for his life..
So what if Jinwoo dream is a foreshadow and his actions leads to the death of all those ppl? Doctor Lim was first. And honestly Jinwoo's plays apart in that. It gonna be really fucked if Jinwoo's misunderstanding lead to doc's death.
Doc's fallout with Guwon should've been on his own terms not a triggered one.
Some of my thoughts and pieces
In Chapter 0-1 Guwon kills that man wacks him in the head. That's the same man Teach is saying is his father but honestly I think Teach is losing it right here. Hallucinating.
Because that man that was killed by Guwon clearly told Teach "Look what we found I'll make sure you have a painless death" when he found Teach injured on the ground.
Unless Teach hallucinated those words and it was dad and Guwon killed his father seeing him as no use this is gonna be so fucked.
But honestly I think it's the other way around. Because someone was screaming "please don't kill me, take whatever you want, some one is trying to rob us please help!" Which one can assume that person got killed after that. (I think it was Teachs Dad) They were defending against someone because teach was wounded.
That robber guy killed the man pleading with him then started to loot the place found Teach said he'll give him a painless death and got wacked by Guwon that's the same man Doctor and Teach found dead in that house.
But maybe something else happened. I think prior to that situation when Guwon found Teach.
Because Teach was found injured on the ground by both men. The looter and Guwon.
So unless Teach and his dad fell out before hand and his dad injured him in the head and he fought back and killed him and now he has triggers because his dad hit him the same way Guwon killed that man hence why he has those dreams of that exact killing stance over him and always wakes up trying to defend himself. But his mind can't accept the betrayal from his dad and the fact he killed his dad in defense.
Or why he probably thinks Guwon killed his dad since Guwon stance was the same when he killed that man.
Or maybe he killed his dad a while ago and bandaged his head and in his distraught state went back to his home and passed out there and then boom intro the scene of everything we know
The author definitely trying to keep us confused and unsure fo sure.
But I vote Teach killed his dad and his mind just can’t accept that.
Hold on I think Teach is hallucinating. Back in Chapter 1, a man in a long-sleeved gray shirt and blue jeans entered the house while Teach was injured, smiling in a sinister way. He said, “It’s alright, no need to be afraid. I make this painless,” before Guwon killed him with a blow to the head. That same man fell on top of Teach.
Now in this chapter, Teach sees someone wearing those exact clothes and says, “This man… he’s my father.” But that doesn’t line up. That’s not his father I dont think but that’s the same man from Chapter 1. He’s mixing up the past. His dreams, and trauma must be causing him to hallucinate.
I also think he's hallucinating that Guwon is there right now.
The rules are the rules.
However rules should have levels to them:
-Whipped
-Banished
-Killed
-Hard Labor
-Low Rations etc.
I don't particularly feel Woojun crime should've been charged with death and especially that way.
I understand ppl are saying he did it for his son and its the most normal reaction its his baby no one can argue that but he knew the risk which is death and he knows Guwon gone follow through on his word.
They have a strict routine and follow up system the risk was too high.
So now you put your son in a situation to be re raised without a father. He's definitely gonna wish you never gave him the medicine and grow up feeling so many things if he is told the truth
It would've been better for him to beg Guwon if he could leave and find some medicine maybe it would've moved Guwon to give it to him or assist him in finding medicine. I don't see Guwon not willing to negotiate.
This is the apocalypse morals are gonna been and conform.
Shin you need to use your babygirl powers to the highest degree you're low balling. Jake is literally wrapped around your finger!
Teach get up after that and go teach them kids is beyond me I would be like cooked spaghetti.
Is the perfect babygirl. Begs, yearns, expressive, sensitive, asks, and a smile that just melts your heart.
Makes you want to give him everything. Like I understand why Teach thugged it out!
