We are just thankful to the person/team that uploads that particular chapter - that is why you see messages like "thank YOU for the chapter/s" we are thanking the person who uploaded THAT single/most recent chapter.
I have seen in your notice that you upload after a week....we are starved wolves when it comes to chapters so we welcome chapters from who-ever can give us that. And to wait a week after the orginal has up dated is not really we can do.
I am not telling you to stop uploading are the person who has uploaded that chapter is wrong , I am just telling that readers are going to be thankful to WHOEVER who can give the chapter soon.

Yeah but still it is rude seeing someone uploading over you!! It is not nice when you do hard work and soemone comes and takes it from you! Not to mention the uploader has a life and their own problems, maybe they're still in school and need to focus on their grades, maybe they have family problems, health problems(for example they got sick) or just simply aren't in a good mood to do it, because everyone has their dark unmotivated days! Yes we do wanna chapters ASAP but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't appreciate this amazing person!
I get that, but wouldn’t you get a bit upset if they snip you? Cause I get it that you guys are hungry and waiting for 1 week is long. But they also stole it from an another site. And I get it, that maybe they upload the chapter but also, the author needs to earn some money for the official release translation to get released.
