he was talking about 'sacrificing' him before, which i don't fully understand the meaning of at this point. i think he's trying to cause an uprising against the supremacists- maybe he wants to prosecute simon, depict him as a victim and glorify his supposed murders, so that society joins his side and fights the waf? idk if this even counts as an explanation lol i tried
