I kinda admit I initially glossed this manga over because of the under-average art, but my God, am I glad I decided to read it! This was so pure and funny and cute, and filled with feel-good moments (for a story about a demon king and other supernatural creatures.) It also reminded me of another cute pet-owner comedy manga with under-average art, Boku x Neko!?

and if y'all know f*tekiya, y'all will know that you won't be seeing updates of any manga licensed by them on here anymore (because they're hardcore anti-scanlation and will take down anything relating to their titles instantly) so basically if you can't pay for the subscription there then well rip my dudes.

I believe it's among these titles.

Thanks for the heads up.
It seems like you can't buy the books, you can only buy a subscription to look at the English versions . . . so if this site ever goes defunct I won't actually have copies of the titles I want.

This one made me sick to my stomach, though I guess that’s what’s good about it and pushed me to finish. But I hated all the characters. Literally couldn’t stand a single one of them. I think the only one I could tolerate was Lindon, since he seemed like the only one who wasn’t a complete fucking douchebag and was actually a huge aid to both the protagonists.
But yeah, I'll be honest. The ending just didn't satisfy me. It's been a year since I started this series and this last arc? It just didn't live up to the earlier chapters/prequel. Pretty much a total downgrade, despite the fact that it had SO much potential. It was completely B.S-ed and rushed in the last 5-10 chapters, and it's obvious the mangaka wanted to wrap things up before getting axed again (yes, again, because the manga was supposed to be cancelled in the first series but somehow they managed to get back on track with the sequel--which they probably shouldn't have bothered with anyway.) I'm probably being biased because after best boy Neibu left the story, I just wasn't interested anymore. But I definitely recommend giving at least the prequel a read, because it's seriously a cool story. It just wasn't executed in the best way in the sequel.
