Many would say that uke does dumb things or oblivious, but to understand his mindset fully it’s best to read novel for real. This version is good as eye candy and visualization.
Whenever any comic has novel go to novelupdates site, it will show you translations and chapters connect to translator’s sites. This one has same title Bye bye, usually comics will cut some scenes and it’s harder to put chara’s thoughts which are more obvious when you read.

I start to hate previous Saint aka Albella…. Ik in diff manhwa/novel I would be routing for her, but well right now she is just forcing her emotions and past on MC. Her soul already diff so Albella can’t force her love this disgusting man anymore plus previous soul died already cuz of that man anyway. I find situation disgusting (due to Albella emotions forcing her).
