I don’t think so. The issue with Kazuma is not that he used to run orgies, it’s that he used to a manipulative playboy who didn’t regard anyone’s feelings. The jury is still out if he knew about Meguru and Noah, but it’s pretty clear that Meguru is projecting a lot on Kazuma. Meguru isn’t meant for the casual sex life but he subjected himself to it because he thought that Noah will appear again and that messed him up mentally. So rather than deal with Noah leaving him because Noah felt that he pushed Meguru into “his world”, Meguru rather focus his grief unto because it is easy to do and ended up hurting Akira, who is innocent in all of this.
