This has been such an exciting series I'm crying that it's already over. The ending didn't feel as rushed as much as it felt incomplete. This sort of ending usually means there are no side stories, but boy would I love some (around 35) sides... I love love love the characters so much...plsplspls some (read: a lot of) youngwon and hohyun being sweet pleaseeee-

I really like the premise of the world building in this. It opens up the alternate universe theory, although it's not fleshed out properly (it felt a little unclear why the original Beatrice was going to die in her story, but I'm assuming that too was another alternate story, one a little different from the story in the book Eunha read). It's more like the ideas are nice but the world hasn't been built, which is why I said I liked the premise. It's also missing some character depth for most of the characters. And some unquestionably heavy topics are glossed over.
It's a little bittersweet that Eunha/Beatrice had to be in Raelinana McMillan's body.
Loved the little hints here and there that showed that their souls had exchanged with their bodies. They were like fun little Easter eggs. Like the one in the last episode where the reflection in the cursed/magic mirror shows blond hair instead of brown. How the transmigrated Raelinana retained her habits as Beatrice, playing detective etc, while the original Raelinana retained hers, like scratching her hands/fingers. How Noah, destined with the blonde, falls in love with the blonde. Etc.

I pitied Vivian and Justin. They cared about each other but were estranged. And by the time Vivian wanted to depend on Justin and Justin realised something was wrong with her, they missed each other. The chance to correct things was already gone. I was curious as to how Beatrice managed to get ahold of Vivian before the crystal incident. My guess is that Vivian's showy facade was exactly that- a facade. She probably thought she found an ally in Beatrice. And considering how guilty and shaken she was, she was probably only half as authoritative as she showed to be.
I'm glad Adam wasn't made to be a love rival or something, Justin gave me enough heartbreak for that. I love how he really was a child who liked sweets.
