Apparently it's really unclear lol. I've seen other people discuss it and they've said that their gender has never been explicitly stated anywhere, except for Minato when he was talking about Onodera to Itsuki in ch 13. He only saw Onodera from a distance though so it's debatable if he's just going off of an assumption or not. I've seen a lot of people say that they think Onodera's a guy or a transgender woman but as far as I know, nothing's been confirmed.
