Refreshing to see a toxic couple have a toxic ending. Some people don’t want to be better and some people don’t want to be saved. They are choosing this life with each other, and that’s okay. A happy ending can look different for different people. This is their happy ending. It may seem foreign to us, but I’m happy I got to read it.
I enjoyed this chapter because I’m patient and see the little changes JK is going through. Mingwa isn’t writing for people who only have Bluey levels of media comprehension. This is a story for adults. Of course you won’t enjoy it if you’re a child with zero experience in delayed gratification. And yes, you can have the brain of a child and be 18+. Must be the TikTok brain rot.
I’m serious. Years ago the comments on this kind of story wouldn’t look like this. It’s only been in the last 8-10 years it’s gotten this way, and it’s getting worse. Do y’all hook up to some sort of hive mind? Because you all just bitch and moan about the same shit over and over every chapter. It’s like watching someone touch an electric fence, and then continue to touch it because they’re too stupid to learn not to touch. I almost feel pity for you all because you were clearly raised by your parents to be ‘forever babies’. Never needing to grow up. Never needing to problem solve. Never needing to wait. All you know how to do is scroll on your phone. What a miserable existence.
Honestly, though, it is kinda interesting that we can even see the down fall of society in the comments of an illegal manga website.

LMAAAAAAAAO MAAAAAN it's really NOT THAT SERIOUS! God Damnnnn, you complain but you sure don't talk like an adult. Honestly? Work on your empathy. It's been 2 years of this story and I understand why people are upset lol When someone does shitty things and gets away with it, it gets annoying. People don't excuse toxic behaviour like they used to.
But I agree with you: I was reading the first chapter and jekjek changed a lot. He was way more brutal before. Right now he's sweet even, compared to what he was before, especially now that he lost and found Dan again.
Before he only knew to fuck prostitutes and fight.
I'll have you know, Bluey is a fine show and I watched and enjoyed it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧!
But in all seriousness. It is frustrating to see the same repetitive comments every episode as if it's a trend that's being followed. I've be told that some simply "hate-read" this manwha for the fun of it, to which I couldn't fathom the mental gymnastics to come home after a stressful day to read...something I hate. Like, "Why?" (⊙…⊙ )
I do believe a good amount of readers (gusestimate 74%) are under the age of 18 and stumbled upon this through YouTube (the ads). I also believe that some are merge fiction and reality together. Though, these scenarios could take place in the world, it wouldn't be this lenient as most think it would be. (⌒▽⌒)
I do notice that critical thinking isn't always present but that's because when you read, you kinda want to just turn your brain off and read. I read like that, that's why I don't get offend or vengeful. But not all are me, just like not all are like you. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I get your grievances and I share some of that frustration, but there was probably a better way to phrase your topic. Biting back because they frustrated you doesn't always help. Usually, I go elsewhere for comments like B@TO! They have memes over there that makes you laugh and the commentary there do not really take themselves serious (a good amount). (▰˘◡˘▰)
Anyways, this is long. Take a break and if anything, don't come to these comment section. Find a small group and discuss it amongst yourselves! Share opinions and theories! That way you can enjoy reading and avoid a sea of negative comments ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
We were given such beautiful moments in the first part, it’s time for the angst! I wouldn’t mind rough, bloody sex just to get the tension out. I do kinda wish Yeonjo would escape, but choose to come back to warn Hee Ryang about some plan he over hears while escaped. He may ‘hate’ Hee Ryang, but if Yeonjo can’t kill him, he doesn’t want anyone else to get the privilege to do so. That’s just my daydreaming thoughts, though.
JK literally took Dan to the doctor. Jk has been fostering a relationship with Dan’s grandma. He’s taking a break from his career. How is no one seeing the character growth? It’s like no one remembers JK in season one, did y’all all get amnesia? He’s growing! Just because he isn’t causing massive whiplash character development doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. My God, we really do have a media literacy problem.
A LOT of people are just here for hating on this story. They don’t actually care about the plot or the characters. Just a bunch of hate reading losers making comments.
(I agree with you 100% what we see is pretty realistic character development IMO no one changes his whole personality over night but that’s what these kinda people expect lol)
idkk jk is helping dan for his own selfish reasons it feels like. I mean, didn't jk also only really talk and get close with the grandma to get close with Dan? It seems jk is going out of his way for Dan so he can get what he wants from him. not too much growth from the 1st season because I feel he's still so self absorbed. he even said dan had a defect now bc he's at a low point in his life and his excessively drinking idk I could just be hating but I don't think he's grown much still
Jk is lying to himself. He says he’s doing all of these things for himself because he isn’t ready to admit he’s fallen for Dan. I feel like this is obvious. We, the audience, can see all the signs, but Jk can’t because falling in love is scary. Especially when he has such a high profile career. A scandal can ruin everything he’s built. Jk doesn’t want to be in love because he isn’t ready to have something more important than his career, but it’s happening and he can’t stop it. Feelings are messy, so don’t expect the redemption to be clean.

I’m enjoying the angst! They are at a low point, but I believe the author will deliver a satisfying conclusion, and I do believe their love will flourish again.
The important thing is they are already in love with each other. Yeon-Jo is denying his own feelings because of Hee-ryang’s past atrocities. Hee-ryang is an expert at insight, reading people, so he knows Yeon-Jo was, at some points, being genuine when they were acting as lovers. The love is already there, the story is about Yeon-Jo navigating forgiveness and Hee-ryang giving Yeon-Jo opportunities to see he is worthy of that forgiveness.
