Both of them are somehow physically ill because of the past. There was huge misunderstanding because of the time when they were little... and all about the beggar and other kid, the time when his sister committed suicide and the trauma that led to other things in his life and also that he forgot about that boy in school.The brother was guilty because of the 2nd incident... what an asshole honesly woojin was so sad at the time when he thought hwon ignored him and whatnot and then when he saw him in the hospital with all unanswered questions he wanted to ask...But at the end they clearly did and do love each other in their special way and I do believe their relationship can grow to be more healthy :)
