Really fun fluff story though, highly recommend. Cute, funny, still adult while being PG which is very unusual. The author notes at the end are giving so don't skip them.

Uh, I don't even know which this story. The first 50-60 chps, **chefs kiss**, then the time skips which totally take you out of immersion and never really explain what happened. And then there is all the build up to a big war and **poof** no action, just an odd summary but STILL no real explanation of what is happening. I get it, that the story wants to reveal that later but it is overdone and really annoying. Also ... why even have a character that is the worlds greatest strategic mind

Erg, so conflicted and have no idea what to write. It took me forever to get through all the chapters, why?, because sometimes it is good, like really good. Sometimes the art is good, the story is good and the pacing isn't bad ... but ... sometimes the art is pedestrian, sometimes there are page long descriptions of powers he never uses (and he has sooooo many unnecessary powers), there are way too many waring factions that get way too much explanation and yet way too little attention to

I am s sucker for a slave / power dynamic trope so this might be getting a higher rating than it deserves but oh well. The premise was good, the eviction left gaps though. The art was mid. The villian and trauma were underplayed, the PTSD was hinted at but should have been better explored. All in all, it is worth a read if you are bored.
