The author truly knows how to write intelligent characters.
The King truly is a despicable character and every decision he makes, has me fear for Sam-myeong's life and that makes it all the more exciting!
Sam-myeong is a prodigy and the actions he takes makes sense and in turn, makes the story even more exciting.
I enjoy seeing Sam-myeong and the king clash their minds together. But it seems that Sam-myeong truly underestimates the deep, dark level of obsession the king has for him. And once he realises it and uses it to his advantage, I'm sure the story will get more better from here.
All I have to say is the colour composition used in monochrome diary is crazy
