I believe Karma has taken a big toll on Susan. She did awful things, as in lying and attempted murder. She has lost so much and now literally at deaths door. I think right now it's ok to pity her. We don't have to forgive her for what she's done but I'm hopeful and sure that Adele would simple pity Susan as well.

As I said before her only "crimes" was lying and attempted murder. She was trailed and punished. She was free to do what she wanted after that but was tricked.
