I was refreshing mangago waiting for this update ALL DAY, and that moment I started screaming and got ready for my awesome bath sex... MY CAT JUMPED OVER MY DESK. Ok... I have read so many comments and I'm not sure if I can tell what I think... But I'm going to do it anyway! :P
Yule is Kyung-soo's first love! It's not just simple to not feel anything about him, especially when he realizes what he is capable to do for him. He may feels anger and fear, but at the same time he has an affection for Yule that can be described with words. Love is not based on logic but on emotions, and the heart may be wrong but you can settle it down sometimes. And at that moment which lifted Yule, he saw in his eyes, not the man who harassed him, but the boy who felt in love with and the boy who is ready to do anything to protect him.
I don't think that we are talking about Stockholm syndrome here, but about a boy who doesn't know how to feel anymore. He wants to be happy but at the same time he doesn't want anyone to be hurt because of him. And in this story, everyone is being hurt by everyone. Kyung-soo drove Yule and Dong-hyuk at the edge -in a different way though- because he hasn't the strength to take his life in his hands. Yule drove Dong-hyuk mad and made Kyung-soo miserable. Dong-hyuk is the red flag for Yule because he wants to steal the only person he really loves, and he makes the worst decision, at the end, not to protect Kyung-soo, but to be the winner in a fight that he knows he can win in any other way.
Yule is totally twisted and a freak, but he is so traumatized and mentally ill -and probably no one gave a shit all these years to take care of him. He grew up without his mother -and a bunch of people accused him about her death-, he grew up without feeling love or anything so he forgot how to be giving to other people. Also, he believed that if you are going to lose something, destroy it with your own hands. That's why he did all these freaking abusing things to Kyung-soo. They are totally harsh and wrong and awful, but I can understand that he is an ill person who needs care... and love. And he realized that but he doesn't know, even now, what to do with these emotions of him. All of them are on the edge!
On the other hand, maybe Dong-hyuk loves Kyung-soo, but he prefers to end Kyung-soo's life -the same time that Yule prefers to end his own life because he can imagine a world without Kyung-soo in it. That's a little bit egoistic! I can understand that Dong-hyuk is also on a mentally break down, but he also became twisted as long as this story evolved.
I'm not sure how I feel... I pity them and at the same time I'm so angry and upset with all of them. They all want to be happy but they don't know how to reach their goal and they end up hurting each other. And these last chapters make me think that Kyung-soo wakes up the worst part of Dong-hyun's personality -and he don't want that because he really cares about him and he doesn't want to be the reason for him to stop being the lovely boy he fell in love with. On the other hand, Kyung-soo can wakes up the best part of Yule's personality -it's the first time in his life, after his mother's death that he values another's person life more than his.
The only thing that I'm sure about is that all of them need time... and a really good therapist.

This story gave me such a hard time! It was an emotional roller coaster and I cried so many times, but I also smiled so many times... And now, its end, made me cry and smile at the same time. The story line was totally realistic, from the beginning 'till the end, and so is its finale. I loved the characters, I loved the art style, I loved the story... I loved everything about it and I hope that I can get to read a lot more stories like this one at the future. Life is a bitch sometimes, but there are others that can be beautiful and we can be happy, at the end. All we need is to grow up, to be more mature and confidence, to let love to get us, to take risks for those who deserve them, to leave the past behind and go ahead, to our future, to our loved ones, to the choices and people that can make us happy. <3
