Nooo, my worst enemy, one shots T_T this one was such a cute short read. It is has potential to be a fully expanded story with a few more chapters.
Wtf, I was literally was about to comment about how I like the complexity of these characters but the husband had to do a 180 on me ☠. Seriously, I’m saying this as someone who’s polyamorous myself, when you’re trying out any forms of nonmonogamy, threesomes or throuples etc, consent is extremely important. It’s not just saying no, and you can clearly tell that the fmc isn’t really happy with the idea of having her husband be intimate with another person, even the blonde noticed.
I obviously don’t agree with the decisions a lot of these characters made to get here, such as the husband having an affair and hid his sexuality from the fl, the affair partner persuading a married man so he can get close to the fl, and the fl for putting her husband’s needs above hers.
I’m just kinda at a loss of words. There’s only so little advice I can give to the fl, for starters, your husband is gay with 0 attractions towards women. I get that she loves him, and that love tends to blind you, but is it really worth loosing yourself in the process just to stay by his side?

first of all, 16??? I know he clarified that he’s technically just turned 17 but it’s still weird.
Second, the pacing of the story and lots of things didn’t make sense. Just seemed weird until I noticed these are just shorts from, well… what the title says… “various alternate universes”.

I thought this was gonna be cute, with them being outcasts in noble society, her being accused for being promiscuous and pretending to be innocent while the ml likes to dress in drag. But nooooo, the ml had to be drugging the fl ever night just to sleep with her.
I remember reading something similar where the ml sleeps with the fl while she’s asleep because he’s got Somnophilia (a fetish where someone is sexually attracted to someone unconscious) and the fl has a sexual fantasy about having sex while being asleep. The difference between this and the one I’m talking about is that the fl CONSENTED to it.
Considering fls thoughts from what we read so far, she’s already accepted ml for dressing however he likes, she probably wouldn’t have minded sleeping with him.
But yeah I’d skip this one if I was you.
Ugh I’m glad we’re seeing Fl putting the ml in his place but at what cost if he’s got no memories of her, just doesn’t satisfy me completely since I’m kinda conflicted on this one. He seems to care about her but it’s only cuz he doesn’t remember, idk I’m just rambling atp
Nah the ML deserves that and more. It's actually refreshing go see a reality-grounded FL who acts like a normal human capable of feeling angry and making ppl like him complicit of abuse and mistreatment responsible for their actions, or the lack thereof. Also spoiler !!!!!
The ML gets worse even as he gets his memories back. He just sucks so much and is full of prejudice towards the FL.

I’m biased, I like the friends to lovers trope . The ml is so sweet and endearing, the other guy is annoying.

I mentioned this in my last comment, but I’ll just say it again. I did enjoy the ending of this, though one nitpick I have is that I wish the relationship between our fmc and her ex husband was left ambiguous and for her to not confirm that she was gonna take him back. Leaving it up the reader to decide whatever their interpretations is/was would’ve been such a great way to end the story.
So yeah, I liked it.
