Honestly, I love how the fl still refuses to give in but can’t remove herself from him completely, because he’s like a literal “chain” . 14 years of being humiliated like that from someone who I loved and who claimed to love me , I’d kms too.

It also makes more sense to add some reason in why FL can’t just up and disappear that a lot of other stories do try to do but it’s always almost falls into the “pregnancy trope” so the fl has a reason to be tied to the ml somehow.
Ch. 40, This could go two ways. Either she doesn’t believe him or she believes him and tries to plan her escape. And I’m desperately hoping she leaves even w/o her father cuz honestly the hell with him too, I just feel like he’d probably tell her to stay and blame his cheating on her.

I knew I recognized the art style from somewhere . And he looks just like the other guy in sadistic beauty which means this is not gonna end well.
This is just gonna be a rant lol: Ngl, after Rashtas death, the story just seems to have become very boring. It’s not bad perse, but the way it was presented/marketed back when I was 19, Rashta was gonna be this major big character who does some evil deeds, but even from the beginning most of the stuff she’s done were very… tamed, especially when I compare her to Anita from the second life of a trash princess. Sure she did bring in some dramatical aspects, but that’s about it. Even down to her death, it was very dissatisfying.
Feels like there’s not much else left to the story except Naiver giving birth to her twins. She’s already gotten remarried, like what else is there left to the story
Sovieshu having amnesia just seems pointless, and everything just seems to be dragged out. I hate Sovieshu and the way the novel was written it’s like the author wants us to sympathize with him but I can’t stand him lol

I cannot handle the frustration I get from this man, as much as I want to blame FL because I know i wouldn’t tolerate most of the things they do to her, she’s literally all alone, no job, no money and no friends who can help her.
And I did read a small spoiler so my hopes on ml ever getting ready are very low. I’m just gonna reread “I don’t love you anymore” instead so I at least get some satisfaction.

So far from what I’ve read he never changes his attitude. And allegedly a man tries to assault her in a store and instead of saying “oh I should protect her”, he says he should baby trap her so she can’t leave him. He does successfully get her pregnant however she run away. And it’s the same cliche I’ve read before. He finds her, she’s running a tea shop, he tries to ruin her business, emotionally abuses her and leaves her so she can’t feel what she felt when she ran away from him.

I don’t know if he ever faces consequences or feels any guilty, that’s all I could read since the whole thing frustrated me.

Wait so they divorce right? At the beginning it showed that. So is this running away episode before the divorce? Or did he somehow manage to stop the divorce and FL gets prego?
I believe they divorced first and then she ran away when she found out she was pregnant. But I could be remembering it wrong
