Glorym is indeed Sovieshus biological father. People were mentioning how Sovieshu and Navier both ate the abortion cookies which COULDVE resulted in infertility. Stuff like that isn’t 100% . So why couldn’t they produce a child when they were still together? It has a lot to do with either them not being compatible. Eggs do reject sperms when it feels like it’s no good (lol this is tmi but Im trying to explain it) or it could also be that Navier would feel stressed from the time being empress of the east whereas she’s very calm in the west.

Kinda just binged read this for the family trope. I enjoyed it for the most part. The problem I had mainly was Ririkos character as a whole but also I get it?!

-I understood both sides of touma and Sentarous grief when she passed away. On one hand Sentarous, is very empathetic towards her, where on the other, Touma, is very apathetic and resulting to ultimately calling her a very selfish person who didn’t take their feelings into account.

-Her mother was aware of her colorful past and doesn’t seem to harbor any judgement. I like that Sentarous was right about Ririkos feelings towards her daughter, as selfish as she was, she just wanted to have that sense of peace knowing her daughter will be safe with someone she trust after she passes. Touma was still right to call her out for her behavior. Death doesn’t erase all of your misdeeds.
- I don’t blame her for choosing Sentarous, I would’ve too he was the most reliable out of all of them. But girlie if you’re dating someone you have to have that conversation about whether your relationship is monogamous or non monogamous. that’s a douche move (coming from a polyamorous girl herself lol) so yeah I don’t blame people for disliking her, I did find her character complex despite me not agreeing with the way she went about literally everything -_-

It’s obvious that Garam went through some sort of trauma from his first relationship because he doesn’t even want to talk about it. Jaehyuk’s feelings are also valid because how is he supposed to know if this relationship isn’t one side in a romantic sense.
It’s about building trust and patience, Jaehyuk proved that he can also be emotionally supportive. However, it’s clear that it’s a really touchy subject for Garam and has ruin his way of how to be affectionate, to a point that he can’t even express words like “I like you” ( I can relate lol) but yeah Garam does need to talk it out.

As terrible of a husband Sovieshu was, he actually was a very caring father to his daughter, despite knowing she isn’t his blood. Whether or not it’s because he feels guilty/pity her; that’s up to you to decide, but i believe that he genuinely cares for her. However Heinrey… I wouldn’t say he’s the worst father in manhwa history, but he does favor one child over the other because she looks just like Navier and neglects his son. Idk it’s just of those things I’ve kinda like to point and it’s been bugging.

So I’ve tried to put myself in her fathers shoes on why he’s acting like that, but I deadass still can’t understand how he chooses to ignore his daughter when she’s asking about breaking off her engagement. That’s not something anyone takes lightly.
