Everytime I read topics about this I get pretty much conflicted. I think we're all here 'cause we want to read our stuff without people complaining about "eww gay" or whatever the internet can come up with. But every time there is a rape OR non-con scene lot of people starts freaking out and pointing their fingers while actually there may be someone who likes it but can't say it 'cause otherwhise everyone starts going "OMG EWW YOU LIKE RAPE". What the actual fuck guys, there is a huuuuuuge difference between non-con and rape (generally talking, not in this specifically), I mean if the uke is teary but then goes all moaning I can't call that rape because there is NO POSSIBILITY EVER that you slightly enjoy any moment been raped. I may be missing some common sense point, but I'm still pretty sure a bit of non-con is not all that shameful, and yes I wrote this 'cause I enjoy non-con quite some.

There are cases of rape victims who had an orgasm whilst being raped and feel ashamed after because people start shaming the victim and blaming them and say they enjoyed it so its not rape... but it is rape. They didnt gave their consent. The commom sense bit youre missing out on it the fact that bodies have ways of shutting down pain. Moaning and having an orgasm or feeling pleasure whilst being raped is not giving consent. Its just our bodys way of shutting down the pain. Its automatic you dont have a say on how the body reacts. Its just how bodies work. So yeah.. he might have moaned, but its still rape regardeless...

I see where you're coming from. I think in yaoi there are different levels ranging from slightly willing to like super rape. I can understand that people will be triggered though.

@Shirahoshi, you totally got my point. Slightly unwilling is a matter, violent abuse is a total different thing. This is why I tend to separate non-con and rape, probably mistaking, but I'm still not fully convinced about that. Real world is an entire different thing as well, and my opinion is referred only to fictional works, but some people take it seriously as if the characters of yaois should pop up into reality from one moment to the other. In my previous post I missed to underline that in the majority of yaois when there's a non-con (or rape, call it as you want) scene, the couple almost always ends together happy ever after, so this also brings me to separate this situation from the awful that the word "rape" brings to my mind.
