Found the raw of the last chapter. So Yuushin runs away after thinking he killed Tamiya with the final blow. Mamiya's hand is sent to Yuushin's family to regain honor. Yuushin is then seen living on the streets when DUN, DUN, DUN Mamiya shows up alive after being taken care of by an old man(the doctor maybe) and the both of them then go and reconcile somewhere. They have a happy ending being wanderers? Or ronins? Not sure. Anyway, back at yuushin's home his mom and sister? Have a conversation and one of them( pretty sure it's the mom oriya?)takes Mamiya's hand that Takeo held onto and buried it with takeo's body. So that way he can still hold on to Takeo while still being able to move on and love Yuushin...
This was in a different language so some of the plot might be different from how I'm explaining it...but it is not a tragedy for the main leads

I can’t believe this manga got an anime I rmr reading this in 2021 and I though it was funny asf but never thought it would get this popular :)
