I don't understand where they're going with this.... Do they lycans respect humans or not? It's just the latest trend to have a human companion but they're saying they didn't force the humans but rather convince them. But the humans are lower class than the lycans and are forced to live submissively. Then when they have a human companion, the lycans show them off in parties etc. It all seems so contradicting. How will romance even come into this? It's gonna be the classic "grape but he made me feel good so now i want to know more about him" --- i'm not new to that trope so i still read some stories like that, but this one is just confusing and i don't feel any chemistry at all.
