okay so if you ignore the first part that has a weak plot confusing plot with the characters not being likable, and some other pretty concerning things like random sexual harassment and raping your lover bc of jealousy out of nowhere and then making THEM feel bad about their actions? The story is surprising really good, I'm not kidding, you can actually like all characters and feel like the plot is really consistent even tho is a bit of an yaoi cliche, it's nice and characters are likable (the seme not much bc he's mostly manipulative and jealous, but you can see that he's actually nice, if you ignore the random rape scene again nakwmalamalala)
but well, rape is rape bruh the characters might forgive them but remember, the SAME person who drew the victims drew the rapist that person IS biased, and mangas like this DO perpetuate rape culture, bc honey even I ended up kind of enjoying it like I said, this IS normalizing rape

just your average Stockholm syndrome yaoi, the only difference is that the manga could've gone without it and would've been close to a 10/10 sadly that was pretty random and made the plot and character development look like didn't exist. What I mean is, I think this story didn't know what to do with itself, so it was all pretty random, failed as a fluff and failed as a fucked up one
