I wonder why the KR and EN promotional videos are different, EN removed some parts (you can look it up on twitter/X under the account profile: @L*zh!nCom!cs and @L*zh!nCom!cs_US mgo won't let me mention the official names lol). Having seen that, and with only 1st chap released, here's my plot guess:
ML and MC are schoolmates. IAN is Eunsan's hoobae, and EUNSAN is Ian's sunbae. They have been mutually pining for each other. They were both members of their school's ice hockey team. They played together, got close to each other, but never had the chance to confess their feelings bcs Ian had to migrate to Canada to pursue his studies (and family pressure I think), leaving Eunsan alone in South Korea. Later on, Eunsan's dad followed suit after receiving an offer to become a coach of Canada's Ice Hockey Team, where Ian was exactly a member of.
Years passed, Eunsan's dad was diagnosed with cancer. As stated in Ch 1, he refused Ian's offer and flew back to Korea to be with his family. I think he had one dying wish: To see Eunsan get married and have a child (basically he wanted to see his grandchild before he dies). So Eunsan granted his dad's wish even though he's been harboring feelings with his hoobae. Eunsan got married to that orange haired lady (maybe a classmate or a daughter of a family friend) and they had a child (that brunette baby in a crib, with a light brown hair color similar with Eunsan).
As a newly wed guy or a new father of the family, Eunsan had to have a stable income so he quit playing ice hockey and got into different office jobs before landing to his current position as the sports marketing manager.
So with regards to his wife, I'm thinking they had a car accident that lead to the wife dying (hmm say she's in coma rn) and Eunsan survived it but left him traumatized (hence the meds). So while his wife is in the hospital, he's basically a single father taking care of his child.
When ML and MC had their reencounter by the end of Ch 1, I'm thinking Ian is grabbing this chance to get close with Eunsan again and to confess his feelings later on (I don't think he's a red flag, he just loves to tease the MC). As the days passed, Eunsan's feelings to Ian resurfaced. At first, he fought against those feelings but with Ian's perseverance, he gave in, confessing that he feels the same (reciprocating Ian's feelings). And then they had sex.
Several times.
Indoor, outdoor, in the car, in the office, anywhere, including Eunsan's house. You know, like in Our Sunny Days, when the baby is finally asleep in the other room, with the baby monitor on, ML and MC are fucking in the adjacent room lol.
I'm thinking there could also be a scene where MC brought ML to the hospital where his wife is confined. ML kissed MC beside the hospital bed, the lady's finger twitching, but girlie's afraid to open her eyes as she hears moans near her. So she pretended asleep while the two almost fucked (MC stopped ML lmaooo).
Anyway, I'll revise this theory once we get more chapters next week.

Ch 35 - Yoonwoo (MC)'s heat is starting (yes, while pregnant), so the police officer called for the silver/white-haired guy, Heowoon (I double-checked the character profiles for this lol), bcs MC had indicated Heowoon (2nd ML)'s name as the alpha he wanted to spend his heat with.
Heowoon arrived, finding MC in the shower and sniffing a jacket (prolly for alpha pheromones bcs yk, for nesting stuff). Heowoon stepped into the shower, asked how he can help and MC answered him that he needs help down there. So Heowoon gave MC a blowjob and after that, that's when he asked abt the jacket.
