There aren’t many BLs that I know with this trope, unfortunately. There’s Love Percentage and It’s My Baby!, both which I haven’t read, and there’s Kekkon Shite Kudasai, which is cute, but could be better. Who’s Your Daddy has a secret pregnancy, but the story is shit, imo, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If you like shoujo, there’s The Baby isn’t Yours, which I also haven’t read yet because it’s no where near completed, and Marry One Get One Free, which is…okay.
