Idk, besides being set around the same period, I really don’t see any similarities between this and PotN. The main characters are nothing like those in PotN. They have totally different personalities. Plus, I just like this story more, tbh. I find it much more entertaining to read.
The only similarity is the art style and their theme. So people should really stop comparing

Probably because unlike The New Employee, this one has a rare pairing where the Uke is Buff and the Seme is also buff, but pretty. I don't wanna be that guy, but The New Employee is honestly overrated. Just the same old pretty uke with their big strong seme. I found nothing good about it. But hey, read what you like.

I didn’t really care for this one, tbh. It started off pretty good and had potential, but the seme got really annoying in the later chapters, imo. I found myself wishing the uke had gotten with his crush. I didn’t finish it all, though, because the site I was reading it on was slow to upload. I might go back to check and see if the second couple gets a side story. They were far more interesting.
