I don't have problem with them uploading official translation, but reading it low quality for not paying is already enough if people want better quality they should pay for it. I see some people mad at the reporters and say that they don't have money to support the artist, and i think that's okay for you to not support the artist if you can't but at least think about the artist, if people who can afford it and want to read better quality version found out that there's free way to read it they'll choose to read it in free way. But i also think reporting without messaging the uploader is wrong, like you can resolve this in nicer way.
