ending was kinda ehh. what’s the point of introducing the daughters like this and building up the expectation for another arc just to end it abruptly like that. and most of us got queer baited in the end too like (￣∇￣") i’m sure the author could’ve wrapped this up in a nicer way than this..
also that’s literally the only complaint i have about this story the rest is just *chefs kiss*

she's still so clearly a child who has never been nurtured properly. she's a product of her environment. are her actions excusable? no. that's why louisa is confronting and dealing with it after scolding her to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen again like a proper adult. all for mini redemption arcs, but the arc for the other woman who helped graham better be damn good bc i really hate her character lol
Exactly so! I'm so glad Lindsey's arc was cleaned up pretty well and not dragged on or anything! The mc taking care of her rivals face on is so refreshing and being able to come to terms with them and even becoming close is so sweet. I'm interested to see how they'll flesh out her development after that and to see how they'll work on the other girl from the hero's party cause rn same opinion on hating her lol.
i really want to hang on to see if it gets better but the mc is too thick-headed lol. disappointed
