That scene is actually already drawn in Chapter 193 of the manhwa, but it skipped the scene of the lines you said. It specifically skipped the part where Kim Dokja was thinking about why he would love Lee Gilyoung and not finding a reason why ㅠㅠ

Just caught up to the recent chapter after watching the anime!! With that being said I really hope we get to see Mitsuki Kiryu in action more he's my second favorite character {and the first is Hayato Suō } I like his fighting style a lot I just find it completely cool and I want to see more of it, on top of that he honestly seems to have a pretty chill personality, he's somewhat similar to Suō and lots more, so I just hope after this arc maybe we can get some focusing on him and the others again.
