IT's main pairing is AlphaXOmega but the side pairings which happen at the end of the main story is OmegaXBeta and BetaXAlpha. The main couple are your typical Omegaverse couple with pregnancy plotline that suprisingly gets better as the chs go on. The initial ones were a little annoying to read but the rest of it is good enough.
The Beta in the OmegaXBeta pairing is the Uke(Omega's) friend and the Omega in this pairing is the ex-spouse of Alpha's Alpha brother.
