Laying low doesn't really mean anything. I've seen gangs kicking people out of their houses simply because their houses were at strategical points to them. Usually it's easier leaving the place than trying to go against these gangs, which is still very hard emotionally wise. The most the seme could do is support another yakuza branch to beat the current one in power, striking a deal with them as a neighbor clan. But it's not like this would be a 100% no violence solution, just a more a quicker and more stable one.

I feel like a lot of authors confuse sheltered and lonely people. People who can only rely on themselves tend to be very wary of others, unlike the MC here, who's acting like a sheltered young teen.
I remember reading the novel of this webtoon and thinking it did a worse job than Hua Hua You Long did with its extremely toxic psycho prince lol. The thing is that the bottom here is so consumed by his traumas, he gladly accepts anything the prince does because his existence to him is similar to that of a god. So this story may not be for you if want to see a bottom who'll at least call out the toxic top once.
The Queen is genuinely a very good villain. Like, I'd put her among the top of BL villains since they're usually kinda shit, ngl lmao
Since the novel that inspired this manga is over, I'm assuming the uploader confused the author with the current artist of this webtoon. Still, I'm wishing them the best and for their chronic illness to be stable asap.

Tbh the most irrational part of this story was them not giving a fuck about the will and doing the DNA test anyway. But well, DNA tests are expensive and the musician guy seems like the kind of person who'd feel sorry for the little girl's messy life and take care of her anyway because she'd probably end up in the system if neither of them were her father(which is a possibility like the mother said).
