He bit his nape, but they didn't show the mark everytime, about bonding it's between two soul, so in love is an illusion when the omega was pregnant the alpha took alot of care and if you read it then while he was pregnant he one night when he had trouble sleeping alone he (omega) went near his alpha and he welcomed him into his arm and that omega shared every painful memories he had and the alpha adored him while doing so their pheromones mixed completely without knowing and they bonded that night.
No one knows how the rules in this omegaverse in Love Shuttle really works as it hasn't really been explained yet. In the RAWS we are at the second to last chapter and nothing has been explained up to this point. Hopefully in the last chapter of S2 we will get some answers to bonding, marking, imprinting or knotting. I'm at least hoping for some kind of answer to imprinting or knotting.

It's always from biting the nape when the omega is in heat OR by soul bonding (some mangas says that's "a legend that most people don't believe it". In love is an illusion happens). Taehan bit Doyun's nape but he wasn't in heat, so they didn't paired by biting yet. We still don't know if they had paired by soul, bc there's no way to discover this unless they try to fuck with other people. Taehan knotted Doyun though and they weren't using condoms so he's probably preggy but that doesn't mean they're necessarily paired. Hope this helps lol
