A lot of horror/thriller manga have unhealthy amounts of fan service and sexual harassment towards female characters. It's an annoying trend.

Nobody is forcing anyone to wear skirts or dresses and that wouldn't change if men wearing skirts/dresses was normalized, all that would do is make it so that it's just as normal as a man wearing pants. You ask "why should we," but why shouldn't we? Normalization doesn't mean making it the new standard, it just means making it just as normal as anything else . Idrk how to explain it more than that
