I love Mil as a mother, she's very encouraging and makes room for her children's growth. She teaches important stuff that most parents overlook sometimes. I like it also how she nurtured Iris, Lily, and Ashley's mindset, best mom indeed!
But I'm quite confused about the story especially Kyla, the painting's relationship with the Vans, Mil's husband whereabouts, that stuff.

Mil is the best! As far as the husband goes, I’m waiting to find out what’s going on. They think this guy who showed up is a fraud, but his actions don’t make sense. ML thinks it’s someone with a grudge against him. I wouldn’t be surprised though to find out it actually is the husband, disfigured from an accident? He wasn’t exactly a great guy…..always involved in get rich schemes, wasting money with his child, wife and stepdaughters as an afterthought. Didn’t Mil worry earlier that her husband would use Ashley to sell off in marriage?
I’m dying to find out about Kyla. In one of her paintings many chapters ago, it was of the town and included the park area. I freaked the hell out because in the park area was our family when they all went there for a picnic with Leon. Kyla has been dead for a long time, yet her painting had them in it. I’m so curious about what’s going on with that.

I hate myself for reading this while in it's in its early chapters i love this manhwa, it feels refreshing to read smth like this, especially when the MC is so unserious and funny + she's actually a badass. I also like it when she's she's got a dumb cell in her brain -- she's not calculating (mainly because she can't do math anyways) like the other FLs.
I kinda get it why the ML is so anxious about everything, especially he knows nothing at all. I wish all the people who tries to fuck around gets their asses kicked. ML looks like he's a lost lamb -- it makes me wanna protect him at all cost

I think their relationship is more of a family-friend typa thing or like super distant relatives (akiha didn't know they were related until lile he got there so that's that). It's like an asian thing where we call our family friends "aunt/tita or uncles/tito" in gatherings or smth idk it's hard to explain, it's a community type of thing.
I love (sarcasm) psychological bl like this, it makes my blood boil. He's manipulative, and he knows how to play his cards that's for sure. But we'll get to see him and his plan fail, that's for sure. I'll patiently wait for it
