He's called by his surname bcs Japanese people address each other by their surname unless they're either really close, their lover, or family members. Also japanese people wouldn't really bully him bcs of his surname coz they either don't care, or they'll find it unique since it's an english name.

I love his name, and i personally think him running away is a good idea, rather than being called Lala his whole life in that house, I'd rather want to see him called in his real name and be free to love whoever he wants. Seme-kun couldn't choose between Ramdane and his obligations in the family and he'd rather confine Ramdane beside him than actually listen to what Ramdane wants. Also, Seme-kun's father is such a whack. I can't wait for the Volume 6 to be translated.
