Oh remember the black market there was some guy with a dialogue that goes something like "until when will the assosiation keep specter in hide" something like that so i'm assuming doek-gu(?) is definitely refusing the media and doing his best to not let anyone see 'specter' although technically he's going around as a newbie with another identity. When he broke through the ice he had a mask on and as 'specter' he also had a mask on so ig only close friends knew of his face and media didn't know of this so of course as currently he is no one knows that he is specter except for doek-gu and the doctor and nurses who saw his face when he took off his mask in front of them in the early chapters
